Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days.

Where we ship from
Most orders ship from our U.S. distribution center in Columbia, SC. Some items (or bulk/custom orders) may ship directly from our Istanbul facility; you will be notified on your confirmation and tracking.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

  • Standard (ground): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited (2–3 day): 1–3 business days after processing (carrier-dependent).

  • Overnight: Next-business-day delivery where available.
    Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on carrier and service selected.

International shipping

  • Typical transit: 10–21 business days after processing (may be longer).

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, duties & taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking
We email tracking details when your order ships. If multiple parcels are sent, you may get multiple tracking numbers.

Lost or damaged packages
If a package is missing or damaged, contact us immediately at SUPPORT@ROOMSIUM.COM. Keep packaging and photos of damage; we’ll work with the carrier and resolve or replace as appropriate.

PO Boxes / APO-FPO
We ship to U.S. PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS; expedited services may not be available.

Multiple shipments
Items from different fulfillment locations may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Changes & cancellations
Contact us ASAP to change or cancel orders — once in transit changes are limited.

Bulk / B2B shipping
For bulk or trade orders contact contact@deriveglobal.com for quotes and shipping options including pallet freight and DDP.

Returns & exchanges
See our Returns Policy at /pages/returns. Return costs depend on the reason for return; Roomsium covers return shipping for damaged/incorrect items.

Peak seasonal delays
Processing and transit can be longer during holiday periods—order early.
